1. Service Description

ChipFlow provides AI-assisted analog integrated circuit design tools, including circuit simulation, optimization, and design automation services ("Services").

2. Account

You must register an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Data Usage and AI Training

By using the Services, you agree that:

• Your simulation data, circuit parameters, and design specifications submitted through the platform may be used, after anonymization and de-identification, to improve and train our AI models.
• You retain all intellectual property rights to your original circuit designs and simulation configurations.
• We will not share your raw, identifiable design data with third parties without your explicit consent.
• Anonymized and aggregated data derived from usage patterns may be used for research, product improvement, and statistical analysis.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all circuit designs, netlists, and simulation configurations you create using the Services. AI-generated suggestions and optimizations are provided as recommendations and become part of your design upon acceptance.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is". ChipFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI-generated design suggestions. All circuit designs should be independently verified before fabrication.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
